"It's Never Too Late"

It's never too late to decide to commit fully to something when you become distracted or have been in resistance.

It's never too late to make ammends with your present/past self or with someone you have hurt/has hurt you.

It's never too late to start a creative project, business venture, a form of self expression, or an unpursued passion that you have been afraid to explore or initiate.

It's never too late to follow through and complete an unfinished project that has been in limbo because it's not quite what you expected or had in mind.

It's never too late to follow through on that intuitive nudge, or guidance from a plant, spirit guide etc that you forgot about.

It's never too late to at last choose to commit to actively shifting a destructive habit or way of thinking.

It's never too late to take responsibility and accountability for anything you have done or said that was not of your highest self and expression.

It's never too late to reach out and connect to that person you have been afraid or felt unworthy of connecting with.

Its never too late to take that scary jump or leap of faith into the unknown.

None of these "It's too late" feelings indicate that you have failed. See if you can soften the harsh judgements you have placed onto yourself and the expectations and standards you've created and haven't been able to live up to.

Hold the parts of yourself that are afraid, angry, self judging/self loathing, or critical in compassion in the same way you would hold a child.

Acknowledge the pain felt by these aspects of yourself, honor them by allowing them to fully express and witnessing them in their fullest, and you may find that they easily open to your embrace and love."
